Supply of local products in Parc Ela - constraints and possible solutions

The aim of this Masterthesis is to find out why not more local products are produced (from farmers) and used (by local processors or gastronomy) in Parc Ela in Grison in Switzerland. The constraints for the production or usage of local products are tried to be found through qualitative interviews with farmers, local processors and gastronomes. Based on the results of the interviews possible ways of encouraging local products in Parc Ela are developed for the Management of the Natural Park.
